Refund Policy

At PRINT AND GAME LLC, all products offered are digital and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

Digital Products

As these are instant downloads, returns and cancellations are not accepted once the download process has started, except in cases where the file is defective.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the User receives digital content instantly and, by confirming the purchase, expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

European regulations on distance purchases grant a 14-day withdrawal period.
However, this right does not apply once the User, with their express consent, begins downloading or accessing the digital content.

Therefore, by purchasing a game and starting the download, the User agrees to forfeit the right to a refund.

Exceptions

If the digital product:

  • Has defects, or
  • Does not match the advertised description,

the User may contact our customer service at [email/contact] to resolve the issue.

In such cases, we will offer:

  1. A replacement file, or
  2. If not possible, a cancellation of the purchase and refund of the corresponding amount.

Commercial Licenses

Purchases of commercial licenses (print licenses for physical stores) are final and non-refundable, due to the intangible nature of the product and the rights granted.

Payments via Stripe and PayPal

Both Stripe and PayPal do not allow automatic refunds for confirmed transactions.

Any claims must be addressed directly to our support team, who will evaluate the case individually and act in accordance with these terms.
