This website is operated by PRINT AND GAME.

Use of this website (hereinafter, the “Store”) implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”). These Terms govern the use of the platform for distributing Print & Play games, offered exclusively as digital products (files in PDF, STL, or other formats), as well as the Commercial License section.

By accessing, browsing, or making purchases on the Store, the User declares they are of legal age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be bound by the provisions of this document, as well as the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other complementary legal documents.

Registration and User Accounts

To make purchases or upload content, the User must create an account using real and verifiable information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials (username/password) and for all activities carried out through their account.

Sharing accounts or allowing third-party access is not permitted. The Store may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, result in fraud, or negatively affect the experience of other users.

Functionality and Purchases

The Store offers digital games in Print & Play format. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only; however, the Store will make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information for each product.

A purchase is considered complete once the User finishes the payment process and receives confirmation via email.

Listed prices include applicable taxes; however, the final price may vary depending on the currency and selected payment method.

For online payments, the Store uses Stripe and PayPal services. Payment information (card details, account info, etc.) is processed directly by these providers and is not stored on PRINT AND GAME servers, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Delivery of Digital Products

Once payment is confirmed, the User will have immediate access to download the purchased digital file via direct link or email.

No physical delivery is made under any circumstances.

The User acquires a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the digital product.

Intellectual property rights of the content (text, rules, artwork, 3D models, etc.) remain with the original designer or rights holder. The User agrees to use the files solely for private use and, under no circumstances, may copy, sell, distribute, sublicense, or claim them as their own.

Any form of unauthorized reproduction or exploitation (e.g., redistributing the PDF or STL, sharing online, printing beyond allowed limits, or commercial use without a license) is strictly prohibited.

Designer Content Review

Games uploaded by designers (creators/authors) are reviewed by the Store team before publication.

PRINT AND GAME does not guarantee the truthfulness, completeness, or quality of the content but reserves the right to reject or remove any game that violates the law or fails to meet platform standards.

Designers must guarantee that they hold all necessary rights over the included materials (rules, artwork, models, etc.) and shall hold the Store harmless from any third-party claims related to copyright or intellectual property violations.

Liability

The Store shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or harm resulting from the purchase or use of digital products.

Files are sold “as is”; however, the Store will address any technical issues reported by the User (e.g., corrupted files or download errors) in order to fix or replace the defective product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [insert registered state, e.g., Delaware], United States.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the courts of said jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other applicable forum.

Modifications

The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.

The applicable conditions will always be those in effect at the time of each purchase.
